Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture, design, and implementation of GE Proficy and/or TrakSYS MES platforms.
- Gather requirements and translate manufacturing stakeholder needs into scalable MES and MOM solutions.
- Configure production management, quality management, traceability, OEE monitoring, performance management, electronic work instructions, and process execution capabilities.
- Design integrations between MES, ERP, WMS, SCADA, PLCs, historians, and enterprise data platforms.
- Lead solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing, deployment planning, and go-live activities.
- Drive manufacturing digitization, operational excellence, process optimization, and smart factory initiatives.
- Define MES governance standards, best practices, and implementation methodologies aligned with ISA-95 and MOM.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture governance across project teams.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in MES, Manufacturing IT, Manufacturing Operations Management, or digital manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience implementing and architecting GE Proficy and/or TrakSYS MES solutions.
- Strong understanding of hybrid manufacturing processes in Consumer Products, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Distribution industries.
- Experience integrating MES with SAP, Oracle, shop-floor systems, and automation technologies.
- Knowledge of ISA-95, OEE, MOM, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and Industry 4.0 frameworks.
- Experience with SQL, APIs, industrial communication protocols, reporting, and manufacturing analytics.
- Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, historians, and plant connectivity architectures.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, consulting, and leadership skills.
