Responsibilities
- Translate client and consultant business problems into practical solution designs, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate solution value and support pre-sales through demonstrations, solution approaches, estimates, and proposal inputs.
- Architect and build Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions.
- Deliver integrations using REST/OData APIs, custom and HTTP connectors, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure services, JavaScript, and C# plugins.
- Lead end-to-end client delivery, including planning, estimation, sprint delivery, testing/UAT, deployment, hypercare, and handover.
- Guide and mentor Power Platform engineers, conduct solution reviews, and establish design and development standards.
- Administer and govern Power Platform environments, including DLP policies, security roles, capacity, licensing, and environment strategy.
- Own ALM and deployment pipelines across development, QA, and production environments.
- Set up monitoring and adoption tracking and embed security and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of overall experience with hands-on Microsoft Power Platform delivery.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Hands-on Copilot Studio experience, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, knowledge sources, and agent evaluation/testing.
- Experience with Power Platform administration, governance, environment management, ALM, and deployment pipelines.
- Integration experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure services.
- Experience leading small delivery teams and owning end-to-end client or enterprise projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain solutions to senior audiences.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, or PL-200 are advantageous.
- Azure AI certifications, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, JavaScript, C#/.NET, TypeScript, consulting, professional services, or AI strategy and governance experience are preferred.
