Responsibilities
- Work directly with engineers to enhance their effectiveness with AI-assisted development.
- Capture and propagate best practices through guides and an internal knowledge base.
- Support a network of AI champions to scale enablement efforts.
- Identify and address blockers faced by engineers using AI tooling.
- Build internal AI integrations and reusable tooling from prototype to production.
- Evaluate AI tools and deliver actionable recommendations based on market trends.
- Define and track adoption and productivity metrics across teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a hands-on engineer in a product-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for building services and integrations.
- Deep understanding of AI-assisted development workflows and coding tools.
- Experience taking internal integrations from prototype to production independently.
- Familiarity with third-party APIs and agent-tooling protocols.
- Strong teaching and technical-writing skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to influence and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
