Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using appropriate platforms.
- Configure, scale, deploy, integrate, and maintain RPA solutions with enterprise systems.
- Use APIs to support integrations with existing and proposed tools.
- Deploy and manage RPA solutions in Amazon Web Services and/or Azure environments.
- Troubleshoot systems and perform break/fix functions to maintain continual operations.
- Coordinate deployment of automated solutions within approved environments.
- Develop and deliver virtual and in-person training for end users and key personnel.
- Provide project support, status reporting, and technical expertise to the delivery team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of programming experience for automation development.
- At least 3 years of experience with leading RPA tools, such as UiPath.
- At least 3 years of practical experience with cloud technologies.
- Relevant certification such as UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of .NET frameworks, including ASP.NET, and SQL query language.
- Ability to lead an IT team and explain complex concepts clearly.
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal oversight while developing strong client relationships.
