Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of high-scale, low-latency applications.
- Define long-term technical strategies for complex systems.
- Drive engineering excellence and write high-quality, testable code.
- Collaborate with PMs, EMs, and stakeholders to align technical vision with business goals.
- Author technical specs and RFCs for critical design decisions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features from ideation to production.
- Mentor engineers and promote inclusive team dynamics.
- Develop resilient systems and improve operational excellence.
- Act as a thought leader and architect platform-level solutions.
- Provide escalation support for engineering teams facing technical challenges.
- Define coding standards and best practices for software development.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in system design and software architecture.
- Extensive experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience leading complex software feature delivery in distributed environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
