Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and implement end-to-end Warehouse Management System solutions for customers.
- Lead solution architecture, integration mapping, technical discussions, provisioning, validation, and implementation across integrated systems.
- Consult with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored WMS solutions.
- Define product roadmaps for customer migrations to current WMS versions and advise on deployment best practices.
- Identify and resolve high- and critical-severity issues, service requests, and customer support needs.
- Develop and deploy Bash, PowerShell, Perl, or Python scripts to automate service start and stop processes.
- Coordinate testing phases, verify quality assurance, and drive process and system improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role, as a Technical Architect, Business Consultant, Software Developer, or a related position.
- Five years of experience with WMS project implementation and application support.
- Five years of experience with Bash, PowerShell, Perl, or Python scripting languages.
- Five years of experience with basic networking, Windows or Linux operating systems, database management systems, SQL Server, and Oracle.
