Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce Sales Cloud modules and business processes.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated and manual test cases for Sales Cloud features and integrations.
- Perform regression, functional, and integration testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud applications.
- Configure test environments and data sets to simulate real-world sales scenarios and validate end-to-end workflows.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, TestRail, or comparable tools, and drive resolution with development teams.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to support high-quality releases.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure sales workflows and territory planning meet quality standards.
- Enhance quality engineering practices within the Salesforce Sales Cloud domain.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience, including hands-on quality engineering within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Required knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Opportunity Management, Sales Automation, Forecast Management, and Territory Planning.
- Experience with Selenium or Provar for Salesforce automated testing.
- Experience with manual testing methodologies for CRM systems.
- Experience with Jira or TestRail for defect tracking and test management.
- Experience with regression and integration testing for Salesforce applications.
- Experience configuring test environments and preparing data for Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Apex testing and custom validation.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Lightning component and UI testing.
- Preferred experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with Salesforce deployments.
- Preferred experience with performance testing tools in Salesforce environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Quality Engineer, or relevant software quality assurance or testing certification is preferred.
