Base Salary
$102k - $169k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with customers to understand business challenges, technical constraints, and innovation opportunities.
- Own technical delivery for customer workstreams from discovery and design through build, testing, go-live, and operational handoff.
- Build production-grade software components, APIs, integrations, event-driven workflows, data pipelines, and automations.
- Prototype and implement AI-enabled workflows, including intelligent intake, summarization, routing, recommendations, extraction, and human-in-the-loop review.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify platform gaps and productize repeatable customer solutions.
- Create reusable components, templates, reference architectures, implementation notes, and internal tools.
- Communicate technical tradeoffs to customers, engineers, product leaders, executives, and other stakeholders.
- Apply secure, auditable, privacy-conscious designs with appropriate access controls, monitoring, evaluation, and failure-mode handling.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building software, developer platforms, cloud applications, AI-enabled products, technical solutions, or production integrations.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, cloud services, data flows, testing, deployment, monitoring, and debugging.
- Experience building and deploying production systems or customer-facing technical solutions.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, learn new domains quickly, and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in customer-facing or cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI-enabled tools, LLMs, copilots, workflow automation, or agentic patterns.
- Sound judgment regarding security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI use.
- Preferred experience with HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, ERP, IAM, SSO, REST APIs, event-driven systems, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, workflow orchestration, identity integrations, reusable frameworks, agent patterns, and direct customer collaboration.
