Responsibilities

Drive solution architecture for large, complex projects and collaborate with architects, business teams, and technical delivery teams.
Create conceptual architecture views, high- and low-level technical designs, integration specifications, and architecture decision documentation.
Advise business and IT stakeholders on the SAP S/4HANA roadmap and adoption.
Analyze architecture alternatives and recommend solutions based on capabilities, risks, dependencies, and non-functional requirements.
Review integration development code for architectural alignment and best practices.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain timelines, influence outcomes, and mentor developers.
Monitor industry architecture standards and trends.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least 10 years of hands-on experience in application solution architecture, integration patterns, and best practices.
At least 5 years of experience with SAP and other Record to Report-related platforms.
Experience with all FICO modules, including Product Costing, Material Ledger, and CO-PA, plus integrations with Sales Distribution, Production, Materials Management, and Project Systems.
Strong knowledge of Finance core processes, including accounting, budgeting, close, direct and indirect tax, treasury, and payments.
Experience gathering and solving for non-functional requirements and experience with at least three S/4HANA implementation projects.
Experience with software development lifecycle practices, Agile development, and DevOps.
Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-management skills.
Preferred: team lead experience, API design and development, OneStream API management configuration, and hands-on TOGAF experience or certification.
