Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices and technical standards.
- Assess client processes, define future-state solutions, and align technical outcomes with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership for large-scale implementations, integrations, and enterprise transformation programs.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, guide technical governance, and ensure solution quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and coach consultants and technical team members while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Advise clients on platform adoption, change management, technical strategy, and long-term solution success.
- Use AI-powered tools, automation, or AI-driven insights to improve business outcomes, decision-making, and service delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a professional services, consulting, or enterprise technology environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience leading large-scale technical programs, integrations, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Industry domain expertise in ServiceNow workflow areas and related business processes.
- Experience using AI-powered tools, automation, or AI-driven insights.
- Effective communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications aligned with relevant workflow areas.
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor for enterprise ServiceNow transformation initiatives.
- Expertise driving platform adoption, change management, and long-term solution success.
- Ability to influence technical strategy and guide governance across multiple stakeholders and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex technical challenges.
- Experience mentoring consultants and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% based on client and business requirements.
