Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot configuration errors and service disruptions in AI Ops environments.
- Support AI Ops solution development and implementation for network assurance.
- Analyze network performance data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Set up monitoring and alerting systems using open-source tools.
- Develop automation scripts and use automation frameworks to streamline workflows.
- Design and implement large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Integrate AI Ops into existing IT processes with cross-functional teams.
- Track KPIs related to AI Ops implementations and stay current with AI and machine learning advances.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus two years of related experience, or a master’s degree plus zero years of related experience.
