Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java-based trading-system modules for order reception, matching, fund settlement, and market-data distribution.
- Optimize high-concurrency performance and resolve latency issues to achieve millisecond-level order processing.
- Design distributed trading architectures supporting high availability and peak loads of approximately 10,000 orders per second.
- Implement spot and futures trading rules, including margin management, position closing, and margin-call mechanisms.
- Collaborate with quantitative trading teams on API development and high-frequency trading requirements.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot performance and business anomalies, and formulate disaster-recovery plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of Java development experience and at least 1 year of trading-system development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Java fundamentals, concurrent programming, thread pools, locking mechanisms, JVM principles, and JVM tuning.
- Familiarity with Netty and Disruptor, with low-latency system development experience preferred.
- Understanding of order books and matching algorithms for limit and market orders.
- Strong distributed-system design knowledge and familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and MySQL in trading scenarios.
- Ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks and business anomalies using logs and monitoring data.
- Financial exchange, securities firm, or quantitative trading company experience is preferred.
