Base Salary
$135k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated end-to-end tests covering complete user workflows.
- Explore and apply AI-assisted test automation techniques.
- Execute post-deployment verification activities, including production smoke tests.
- Contribute to test plans, protocols, and reports under senior engineers' guidance.
- Participate in tool validation activities for test infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain UI test automation using Selenium and Playwright.
- Develop API-level tests using tools such as REST Assured and Postman.
- Translate requirements into clear, traceable test cases.
- Investigate test failures and file high-quality defect reports.
- Keep automated tests running reliably in CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software test engineering or quality engineering roles.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted and emerging test automation tools.
- Experience testing Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) preferred.
- Familiarity with medical device QMS practices and applicable standards.
- Proficiency with Selenium and Playwright for UI automation.
- Hands-on experience contributing to end-to-end automation suites.
- Solid programming skills in Python or another mainstream automation language.
- Experience with API testing tools like REST Assured or Postman.
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems and basic exposure to cloud environments.
- Strong debugging skills and structured approach to investigating failures.
