Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site technical lead for major DACH customer accounts.
- Run workshops, hackathons, and implementation sprints to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Scope, build, integrate, debug, and deliver production-grade AI agents and multi-step integrations.
- Teach customers to adopt agent-based workflows and leave robust, maintainable systems behind.
- Advise customer CTOs and platform teams as a technical peer.
- Collaborate with engineering to address platform limitations and contribute fixes.
- Identify blockers, drive customer-led product and process improvements, and automate repeatable tasks with agents.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of engineering experience with strong full-stack capabilities.
- Experience shipping agentic AI systems, tool-use loops, and LLM features in production.
- Go programming experience is a plus.
- Experience integrating complex, multi-step workflows end to end.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders and customer-facing delivery experience.
- Native-level German proficiency and willingness to travel across the DACH region.
- Based in Munich or willing to relocate; founder or early-employee experience is a strong plus.
Benefits
- Salary range of 80,000 EUR to 150,000 EUR per year.
- On-site role in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, with significant travel across the DACH region.
