Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and troubleshoot custom software integrations using Workday Adaptive Integrations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and project decisions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Perform data transformation, mapping, and validation within integration workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- Approximately 8 years of experience with Workday Adaptive Integrations is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations and experience designing and developing integrations with its tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
