Base Salary
$128k - $249k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead embedded engineering teams and own delivery quality across workstreams.
- Own technical relationships with Director- and VP-level client engineering and operations stakeholders.
- Establish engineering standards, documentation practices, and delivery rhythms.
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, governed, maintainable, and transferable to client ownership.
- Deliver governed AI solutions, data pipelines, and platform enablement.
- Identify expansion opportunities based on on-the-ground delivery insights.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in embedded, forward-deployed, or enterprise software engineering, with consulting experience preferred.
- Proven experience leading a small engineering team within a client environment.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Palantir Foundry or an equivalent enterprise AI/data platform.
- Strong client relationship skills with Director- or VP-level engineering and operations leaders.
- Experience delivering governed AI solutions, data pipelines, and platform enablement.
- Strong AI and generative AI literacy, including responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
- Ability to collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions.
