Responsibilities
- Contribute to technical strategy and execution for modular, event-driven, scalable microservices supporting enterprise workflows.
- Design and implement reusable frameworks and self-service modules for service onboarding, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Develop platform services, consistent APIs, and scalable software products for multiple consumers.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, partner teams, and cross-functional stakeholders on requirements and architecture decisions.
- Build secure, reliable, observable systems that meet performance and scalability goals.
- Promote API-first development, automation, testing, DevSecOps, maintainability, observability, and operational excellence.
- Translate business intent into scalable technical solutions and drive them from design through production.
- Contribute to AI-driven monitoring and automation that improves reliability and problem resolution.
- Use AI-assisted tools for code reviews, test generation, root cause analysis, and software delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and operating scalable cloud-native applications.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React.js, microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems in production.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, architectural patterns, and API design.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and performance optimization.
- Experience building and supporting cloud-based SaaS/PaaS products at scale.
- Hands-on experience with Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience using Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools to improve software delivery, quality, and productivity.
- Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs, contribute to architecture decisions, and drive solutions from design through production.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Python experience is preferred, particularly for automation, data processing, backend services, or AI-related applications.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and AI/ML or Generative AI is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
