Solution Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Advise business and technology stakeholders and define solution visions aligned with business objectives.
- Design and document scalable Salesforce solutions using Customer 360 and multi-cloud strategies.
- Translate business requirements into sustainable solutions and facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, process definition, and backlog prioritization.
- Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration and prototyping when required.
- Apply Salesforce implementation best practices and platform governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, provide technical guidance, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies.
- Bridge business stakeholders and development teams to support clear communication and high-quality delivery.
- Mentor Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and consultants.
- Lead solution estimations, technical proposals, pre-sales activities, and executive-level conversations when required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience delivering enterprise-level projects through the full lifecycle from planning to go-live.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in complex digital transformation programs.
- Strong expertise with the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and other Salesforce Clouds.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative development, and solution architecture best practices.
- Experience working in consulting environments and leading customer-facing engagements.
- Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban delivery methodologies.
- Ability to balance business and technical needs, evaluate trade-offs, and make sound architectural decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced or fluent English is required; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
- Experience with Agentforce, AI-powered Salesforce capabilities, and AI tools for solutioning and delivery is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of MAE/CBS, FINS, HLS, RCG, or PubSec industries.
