Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build robust and high-quality software solutions for complex business problems in margin and collateral technology.
- Participate in the full spectrum of building software solutions while working closely with product teams and users.
- Build RESTful APIs and contribute to Citi’s engineering culture across global technology teams.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Hands-on professional software-development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an engineering field involving software programming or systems engineering.
- Proficiency in Java, React and/or Python.
- Strong hands-on experience building RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Spring.
- Proficiency with data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
- Experience following TDD and clean-code principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in investment banking or financial services is beneficial.
- Experience with AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, S3, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases is beneficial.
