Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Design, develop, test, maintain, modify, and debug software programs for operating systems or applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Analyze system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, and clients.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, status updates, and project specifications.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and release-plan adherence.
- Gather client clarifications, provide customer support, collect feedback, and help ensure on-time delivery.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn programming languages and improve delivery practices.
Requirements
- Ability to understand software requirements, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to develop, test, debug, document, and maintain software solutions.
- Ability to design and execute software validation and test cases.
- Ability to analyze software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders through written and verbal channels.
- Ability to prepare accurate project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Ability to participate in training and complete assigned certifications for skill development.
