Responsibilities
- Build models, strategies, and systems for pricing and trading financial instruments.
- Analyze large datasets to inform trading decisions.
- Create and test new trading strategies.
- Write code to implement machine learning models.
- Mentor new ML researchers and teach techniques to teammates.
- Attend conferences and contribute to firmwide ML goals.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of a wide variety of machine learning techniques.
- Experience in either an applied or academic ML context.
- Passion for experimenting with model architectures and hyperparameters.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to quickly understand new problems and recommend solutions.
