Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve the experimentation platform including feature flags and data quality.
- Lead the design and implementation of experiments to drive user activation and engagement.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to refine hypotheses and define measurable outcomes.
- Balance rapid iteration with long-term architectural health and security.
- Raise the bar for code quality, observability, and performance across the team.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical discussions.
- Identify technical opportunities to unlock new growth mechanisms.
- Influence measurable customer and business outcomes through your work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment.
- Strong experience building backend services in modern languages like Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python.
- Deep experience with React and/or TypeScript in customer-facing web applications.
- Strong understanding of instrumentation, analytics, and defining meaningful success metrics.
- Ability to operate autonomously and influence technical direction.
- Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset.
