Responsibilities
- Embed on-site with enterprise customers across the DACH region as the primary technical presence.
- Run workshops, hackathons, and implementation sprints to accelerate adoption of agentic AI workflows.
- Scope, build, integrate, debug, and ship complex AI agents, custom integrations, MCP servers, and multi-step workflows.
- Deliver production-grade solutions directly with customers and ensure they can independently operate and maintain the resulting systems.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, identify platform gaps, and contribute fixes to the core product engineering team.
- Build agents to automate repetitive manual work and travel extensively across the DACH region.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on engineering experience with strong full-stack skills and the ability to work across the stack.
- Proven experience shipping agentic AI systems, tool-use loops, and LLM-powered features that perform under real production load.
- Experience scoping complex customer problems and delivering pragmatic, high-quality solutions under time pressure.
- Experience delivering enterprise software directly with customers, including workshops and implementation sprints.
- Native-level German proficiency and the ability to travel widely across DACH.
- Strong ownership, communication, and collaborative working skills.
- Go programming experience is a bonus.
- Founder or early-stage startup experience is a strong plus.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of 80,000 to 150,000 EUR.
- On-site role in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, with significant travel across the DACH region.
- Candidates must be based in Munich or willing to relocate.
