Base Salary

$138k - $173k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud, including the CPQ-to-Revenue Cloud migration
  • Lead architecture and design sessions and produce design documents, solution options, and tradeoff analyses
  • Author and maintain coding and design standards for Salesforce and ecosystem applications
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering, security, and declarative-first design practices
  • Build and maintain the technical backlog and drive solutions from platform observations, stakeholder needs, and audit findings
  • Identify and remediate gaps in system design, data integrity, automation, integrations, platform quality, security, and performance
  • Own Salesforce release management, sandbox strategy, source control, and CI/CD tooling assessment
  • Design, build, test, and deploy solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, and platform events
  • Lead Agentforce and AI-powered automation initiatives across GTM, support, and compliance workflows
  • Design and build integrations with Ironclad, Snowflake, and other GTM and RevOps systems
  • Define testing strategies, write test scripts, and execute release testing
  • Remediate Salesforce security findings involving access controls, data exposure, OAuth, connected apps, secure coding, and related controls
  • Use Salesforce Shield Event Monitoring for log analysis, threat detection, anomaly alerts, and audit reporting
  • Implement data classification, access controls, monitoring, backup, and recovery practices
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and partner with the Engineering Manager on platform priorities
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders
  • Lead demos and participate in standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Salesforce technical experience spanning development, configuration, and architecture, including at least 2 years functioning in an architect capacity
  • Deep hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Experience with Revenue Cloud or strong CPQ experience relevant to Revenue Cloud migration
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform events
  • Direct experience leading or substantially contributing to Salesforce security hardening
  • Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing engineering best practices
  • Experience managing technical backlogs and translating platform findings, stakeholder requests, and architectural gaps into engineering work
  • Experience identifying system and process gaps and independently driving solutions to completion
  • Experience architecting and building integrations with external systems such as CLM, ERP, or data platforms
  • Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or other Salesforce AI and automation capabilities
  • Strong communication skills with engineers and senior business stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and complete work independently with minimal supervision
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect credentials are preferred
  • Experience with SSPM or security monitoring tools such as Falcon Shield, Reco, or Salesforce Shield is preferred
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ Specialist certification is preferred
  • Experience with Ironclad, Tableau, Snowflake, Looker, or similar platforms in Salesforce integration contexts is preferred
