Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform automation.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST APIs, web services, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
- Support CRM and Quote-to-Cash processes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
- Participate in solution design reviews, technical estimations, architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, release management, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Create technical design documentation and integration specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve platform stability, scalability, performance, and adoption.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous delivery programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of Salesforce platform development experience.
- Expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Salesforce Security Model, and Flow Automation.
- Experience implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Experience building and supporting enterprise integrations using REST APIs and middleware platforms.
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model, governor limits, sharing model, and performance optimization.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
