Base Salary
$190k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage customers, prospects, and channel partners to understand needs and propose solutions using AvePoint offerings.
- Serve as the technical overlay for complex, high-risk, and non-standard opportunities and create repeatable solution approaches.
- Assist with the architecture and technical program management of secure cloud enclaves, including FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, and IL6 environments.
- Plan technical solutions covering identity and access, segmentation, multi-tenancy, connectivity, and secure operations.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
- Create and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals covering solution value, security posture, and operational outcomes.
- Provide architecture, design, implementation, and secure-by-design guidance to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate sales activities and deliverables with Sales, Delivery, and other stakeholders across the full sales cycle.
- Monitor trends in AI, Microsoft, Google, and secure cloud architecture and provide field feedback to Product and Engineering.
- Support marketing initiatives, events, sales enablement, and speaking engagements across Federal and SLED events.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or a similar software-industry role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 platforms and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to travel up to 40% as required by the business.
- Preferred: ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance or eligibility to do so.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, identity concepts, and security fundamentals.
- Preferred: experience in regulated environments such as FedRAMP, DoD, or adjacent compliance and security frameworks.
- Preferred: ability to diagnose ambiguous requirements, drive architecture clarity, and create reusable patterns at scale.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $190,000-$220,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and unlimited PTO; bonuses, commissions, or RSUs may apply depending on the role.
- Travel of up to 40% is required, and the role may involve remote or in-person Federal and SLED events.
