Responsibilities

Enhance and develop customer-facing SDKs and libraries.
Create developer-focused content to help users discover features and solve problems.
Drive community engagement through events and connections.
Produce educational assets like videos, tutorials, and blog posts.
Expand the Neon community through conferences and online spaces.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface community insights.
Create and manage programs to deepen community engagement.
Gather and analyze community feedback to improve product experience.

5+ years of experience as a Developer Advocate, software engineer, or related role.
Proven ability to take ownership of outcomes with minimal supervision.
Professional experience in building and shipping software or data solutions.
Demonstrated skill in creating impactful technical content for developers.
Deep empathy for developer needs and ability to provide clear answers.
Mastery in at least one core advocacy skill like public speaking or technical writing.
Applied expertise in specific product components for practical guidance.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
