Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for full-stack enterprise applications.
- Develop, code, enhance, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end software components.
- Integrate AgentAI copilots, LLM-based tools, RAG-based retrieval, conversational APIs, and pre-built AI services.
- Optimize API design, data flows, and user interfaces for AI-assisted features.
- Use AI tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Collaborate with traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads to drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
- Maintain architectural integrity, scalability, reliability, security, performance, and responsible AI guardrails.
- Deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Java full-stack development and modern cloud-native patterns.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of RAG, LLM limitations, and AI-assisted productivity.
- Experience with at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to integrate AI services without training models or designing ML architectures.
