Responsibilities
- Partner with business functions to advise on or co-build AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Claude.
- Advise on the selection, configuration, and integration of AI tools with existing workflows and systems.
- Deliver low-code AI solutions end to end, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and iteration.
- Advise on connectors to enterprise systems and MCP servers.
- Develop and document reusable prompts, agents, workflow templates, and integration patterns for a shared component repository.
- Collaborate with the enterprise AI Foundation team to meet approved infrastructure, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Support user adoption by contributing to role-specific training and adoption materials.
- Conduct solution assessments and proof-of-concept evaluations.
- Document lessons learned, solution patterns, and reusable assets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technical consulting or applied AI roles.
- Experience advising on or building AI-powered solutions with no-code or low-code platforms, specifically Copilot Studio and Claude.
- Ability to translate business stakeholder requirements into functional technical solutions.
- Understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, MCP servers, system connectors, and API integrations.
- Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and enterprise security requirements.
- Knowledge and experience with Python.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial services or investment management is valued.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
