Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an existing custom scoped application and visualizations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Maintain ServiceNow applications, custom components, workflows, integrations, business rules, and user experiences.
- Analyze stakeholder requirements and recommend scalable solution architectures, alternative designs, and implementation strategies.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development team members.
- Develop responsive user interfaces and visualizations using AngularJS, React, HTML5, CSS, and related technologies.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, optimization, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, enhance user experiences, and evolve development standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of application development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and reside and work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, administration, customization, and scripting.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with AngularJS, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, XML/JSON, and modern web development practices.
- Hands-on experience designing, debugging, and supporting enterprise applications.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD.
- Preferred experience includes ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist and other platform AI-driven solutions.
