Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions for the payment platform.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, highly available applications and solution patterns.
- Lead large or complex initiatives, coordinating and delegating technical work across teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop and refine software engineering standards, practices, governance, and technical plans.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, training, design reviews, and knowledge sharing to other engineers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, build prototypes, and contribute to long-term technical goals and roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Deep knowledge of multiple programming languages, software architecture, and design principles.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and security practices.
- Preferred: 10 years of development experience and expertise in AI-assisted application development, Java, Spring Boot, AWS Cloud, SQS, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
