Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex software components and services.
- Implement advanced features using established coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
- Lead code reviews and provide feedback on code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams on technical initiatives and solution delivery.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects and production issues.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support across the software development lifecycle.
- Apply secure coding, testing, and documentation practices.
- Mentor and support junior engineers.
- Contribute to frameworks, tools, and technologies that improve application development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field with five years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and training.
- In-depth knowledge of information systems and the ability to apply and implement IT best practices.
- Five or more years of software engineering experience preferred.
- Experience with AI-assisted application development, Java, Spring Boot, AWS Cloud, SQS, Kafka, and PostgreSQL preferred.
- English language fluency is required.
