Responsibilities
- Write high-quality HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for digital platforms.
- Build reusable digital experiences and customize modular web content.
- Develop and maintain digital experiences, user interfaces, and responsive HTML emails across multiple concurrent projects.
- Partner with UX/UI, copy, design, project management, and QA teams from ideation through delivery.
- Ensure digital experiences meet security, privacy, accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and remediate QA defects during offshore hours to support delivery within 24 hours of handoff.
- Share frontend development best practices and help establish an offshore OnBrand center of excellence.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of frontend development experience.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience building custom dynamic responsive HTML emails and optimizing them across clients, browsers, and operating systems.
- Knowledge of email best practices and industry standards.
- Experience with email testing software such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
- Strong understanding of web development best practices related to security, privacy, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager CMS or a similar platform.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work with project management tools such as Workfront or JIRA.
- Preferred experience with Node.js, React, APIs, TypeScript, GraphQL, Greensock animation, or AngularJS.
