Responsibilities
- Design and develop modular, documented SDKs and component libraries for internal engineering teams and external developers.
- Architect extensible frontend systems with clear boundaries, interfaces, and abstraction layers.
- Establish frontend architectural patterns and engineering standards that improve code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Mentor engineers and participate in architectural decisions across the frontend ecosystem.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize and eliminate technical debt through refactoring and system enhancements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of frontend software engineering experience with expertise in code quality, performance optimization, and engineering excellence.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, state management, testing frameworks, and modern web technologies.
- Experience designing scalable frontend architectures for complex applications, including reusable component libraries and SDKs.
- Demonstrated record of improving technical quality and engineering culture.
- Clear communication, effective listening, ownership, creativity, and collaborative teamwork.
- Preferred: experience with Electron or similar cross-platform applications.
- Preferred: experience creating widely adopted open-source libraries or SDKs with more than 1,000 active developers.
