Responsibilities
- Own delivery of complex features or components from design through production.
- Drive system architecture and component-design discussions for the area of ownership.
- Partner with Product, UX, and other engineers to shape solutions during planning and execution.
- Align with senior engineers across the organization on shared technical decisions.
- Identify patterns and improvements that increase quality and engineering velocity.
- Conduct peer code reviews and help establish the team’s quality bar.
- Champion exploratory and AI-assisted testing practices.
- Support the ramp-up and growth of Associate and Software Engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the latest version of Angular.
- Demonstrated experience owning complex features end-to-end in frontend or backend systems.
- Familiarity with Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
- Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day direction and proactively surface risks and ambiguity.
- Experience informally mentoring or supporting junior engineers is preferred.
- Professional hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Devin, Windsurf, or similar is required.
