Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, low-latency, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Implement APIs and event-driven solutions to meet system requirements.
- Create and execute unit, API, regression, and performance tests.
- Design, build, and deploy highly available systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production incidents and support rapid recovery.
- Develop high-quality Java-based software for a customer-related pet-products marketplace platform.
Requirements
- Two years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Kafka, and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with AWS and EKS.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying scalable, highly available systems.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and a strong understanding of at least one event-streaming solution, such as Kafka or SNS.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
