Base Salary
$120k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent customer engagements with accountability for timelines, scope, and outcomes.
- Conduct discovery, qualification, technical demos, and proof-of-value workshops.
- Architect and execute API integrations across client systems and third-party tools, including proof-of-concept integrations.
- Lead enterprise deployments from kickoff through adoption and expansion.
- Maintain customer sandbox environments and establish product usage best practices.
- Set and track adoption, usage, and workflow-impact success metrics.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and serve as the senior escalation point for technical blockers.
- Translate customer workflows into effective solutions, handle technical objections, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Advocate for customer feedback internally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical delivery roles.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder deployments in Financial Services or other regulated industries.
- Strong API and systems integration experience, including reading logs, troubleshooting integrations, and writing code.
- Ability to build credibility with engineers and earn trust across technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills with engineers and executives.
- Strong organization, adaptability, ownership, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with compliance-sensitive or Financial Services workflows is a bonus.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL is a bonus.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or Python is a bonus.
- Experience integrating with Salesforce, Office 365, virtual meeting platforms, VoIP systems, or BI tools is a bonus.
