Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy customized web applications tailored to client and business needs.
- Build responsive frontends and robust, scalable backend services.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, stakeholders, and clients to translate functional and technical requirements into solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and healthcare-industry compliance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade, and maintain existing applications.
- Support deployment, release management, and post-production maintenance.
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and frameworks, including Gen AI processes.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience designing and building customized web applications.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
- Experience with databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment on AWS or Azure.
- Experience using version-control tools such as Git, Bitbucket, or SVN.
- Understanding of web security best practices, automated testing, application security, penetration testing, or VAPT.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, client-facing, independent-working, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise or client-facing solutions for the US life sciences industry, DevOps and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes, performance optimization, scalability planning, and consulting or client delivery in US healthcare consulting.
