Responsibilities
- Understand client onboarding, configuration settings, integrations, and housing business workflows.
- Provide prompt, empathetic, and technically accurate customer support.
- Troubleshoot issues by gathering reproduction steps, assessing business impact, and advising clients on best practices for configuring and using the AI Assistant.
- Investigate root causes using SQL queries, logs, and other data sources.
- Document bugs with clear issue descriptions, reproduction steps, business impact, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate bug fixes to customers, confirm resolution, and share updates internally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or field.
- Technical proficiency demonstrated through a computer science degree, bootcamp certificate, or previous work experience.
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-facing experience and experience with support software or CRMs such as Zendesk or Salesforce are preferred.
- Willingness to work in person at the office five days per week.
- Preferred experience includes Retool, Google Sheets or Excel, Datadog or similar event-logging software, Postman or similar API testing tools, Tableau, and SQL queries.
