Responsibilities

  • Develop intelligent agents with Vertex AI Agent Builder to automate complex business workflows.
  • Build and manage multi-agent systems with the Agent Developer Kit.
  • Use MCP Toolbox to securely connect agents to enterprise databases such as BigQuery and Spanner.
  • Train, tune, deploy, and evaluate models with Vertex AI and integrate them with BigQuery.
  • Build and optimize streaming data pipelines for real-time inference using Dataflow, RunInference API, or Vertex AI endpoints.
  • Ground AI models in live business context using vector engines in BigQuery or AlloyDB.
  • Deploy, integrate, and scale enterprise Generative AI solutions within customer engineering teams.
  • Translate business goals into robust technical architectures and communicate project status and technical blockers to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experienced in Generative AI and forward deployment or customer-embedded engineering work.
  • Proven experience with Vertex AI Model Garden, Vertex AI Pipelines, and model evaluation.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for BigQuery and Python for machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with data preprocessing techniques including scaling, encoding, and imputation.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Storage and Vertex AI endpoints.
  • Familiarity with stateful real-time processing and agentic architectures.
  • Ability to collaborate with client-facing and cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
