Base Salary

$111k - $153k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for planning, designing, installing, testing, implementing, and operating enterprise technology solutions.
  • Implement Atlassian plugins and integrate Atlassian platforms with other enterprise software.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Confluence, Jira, SpiraTest, and other SDLC platforms.
  • Coach team members on platform development best practices and facilitate knowledge-transfer sessions.
  • Support knowledge management strategy, transformation, technical implementation, documentation, and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Own solution implementation and help ensure secure, compliant, performant, and high-quality systems.
  • Evaluate industry trends, customer requests, and process or tool improvements in support of platform strategy.
  • Identify and resolve issues throughout design, testing, and maintenance processes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience in IT.
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing Atlassian products.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum or DevOps methodologies.
  • At least 3–5 years of SaaS platform implementation and/or system administration experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining cloud platform technologies.
  • Preferred experience in financial services or another regulated environment.
  • Preferred experience with SharePoint, SQL, Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
  • Preferred experience with system and data architecture and SDLC pipeline tools such as Git, Jenkins, or SonarQube.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is preferred; four years of additional related work experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Atlassian product certifications are preferred, and low-code/COTS implementation certifications are desired.
