Base Salary
$220k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and strategy for patient-facing mobile applications
- Prototype and ship features in patient mobile and web apps with product and design partners
- Help shape product direction for patient support, engagement, and retention
- Speak directly with patients and translate their needs into product features
- Define technical standards, architecture patterns, and development practices for patient-facing products
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
Requirements
- Deep experience building and shipping consumer or patient-facing mobile, web, or cross-platform products
- Experience serving as a technical lead, setting architecture direction, and mentoring engineers
- Ability to work across the full stack and move quickly in a startup environment
- Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and clinical teams
- Experience with React Native or other cross-platform mobile frameworks is preferred
- Healthcare, wellness, or other high-trust consumer product experience is preferred
- Experience with engagement, retention, or onboarding flows is preferred
- Prior AI/ML or agent-based systems experience is preferred
