Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction for mobile development and patient-facing applications.
- Rapidly prototype and ship features in patient mobile and web apps.
- Steer product direction to support and retain patients during their critical first month.
- Engage directly with patients and collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and elevate team performance.
- Set technical standards, architecture patterns, and development practices.
Requirements
- Deep experience in building and shipping consumer or patient-facing products.
- Experience as a technical lead, setting architecture direction and mentoring engineers.
- Strong opinions about building great user experiences.
- Comfortable working across the full stack in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with trends in LLM coding agents.
- Enjoy collaborating closely with product and design teams.
