Responsibilities
- Build and evolve scalable, high-performing frontend systems in Angular 20+.
- Lead the implementation of complex frontend features and shape technical approaches.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and establish patterns for reusable components.
- Solve complex technical problems related to performance and user experience.
- Drive engineering quality through code reviews and strong implementation practices.
- Collaborate with backend, platform, and QA teams for cohesive solutions.
- Mentor engineers and help improve team quality and execution.
- Continuously improve tooling and developer workflows for efficient code shipping.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks like Angular or React.
- Strong experience in building complex frontend applications with state management patterns.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Experience leading significant technical projects and making architectural decisions.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and collaborate across functions.
- Strong mentorship skills with a track record of helping engineers grow.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Self-starter with an operational mindset thriving in fast-paced environments.
