Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interfaces that make complex investing concepts accessible.
- Build visually rich, high-quality user experiences for the iOS platform.
- Experiment with new technologies to maximize the capabilities of iOS.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code with security treated as a first-class concern.
- Own the full application lifecycle from ideation through delivery to the App Store.
- Identify and implement technical and product improvements while collaborating with engineering, product, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- A university degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or natural sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- Profound professional experience as an iOS Engineer.
- Strong analytical thinking across both technical and product domains.
- Passion for delivering excellent UX and working with custom UI.
- Proficiency with UIKit and Auto Layout and interest in other technology stacks.
- Ability to stay current with changes in the iOS ecosystem.
- Excellent clear, concise, and audience-appropriate communication skills in English.
- Fintech experience is an asset but not required; German is optional.
- Interest in investing or existing familiarity with Scalable Capital is advantageous.
