Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents in close collaboration with clients.
- Develop software engineering practices for agent lifecycle management, non-deterministic behavior, natural-language integration, and LLM dependencies.
- Use Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate agent development.
- Design harnesses and self-optimizing systems that improve through real-world usage, user feedback, and self-play loops.
- Surface customer needs, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with product and platform teams to shape AI agent development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building agentic applications.
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and architectures.
- Experience with design patterns, knowledge bases, AI search, retrieval-augmented generation, context engineering, evaluation, and guardrailing.
- Knowledge of modern agent patterns including MCP, A2A, and ACP.
- Ability to build modular systems in which agents collaborate, reason, and adapt dynamically to context.
- Self-starter mindset with strong communication, collaboration, documentation, curiosity, and resourcefulness.
