Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of major systems and services.
- Build scalable, reliable, maintainable software solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with solution managers, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Deliver production software using agentic AI tooling such as Claude Code and rigorously review generated code.
- Maintain automated tests, linters, hooks, and repository conventions that support reliable AI-assisted development.
- Distinguish prototypes from production-grade implementations and close quality gaps before release.
- Identify and resolve complex, high-priority issues in development and production environments.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
- Evaluate and implement technologies, methodologies, and AI capabilities that improve engineering efficiency and software performance.
- Ensure functional, performance, integration, and automated unit-testing requirements are met.
- Safeguard company and client information in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 8-12 years of related work experience.
- Strong command of C#/.NET 10, Angular with TypeScript, Bootstrap, and SCSS.
- Experience developing REST APIs.
- Proven experience deploying to cloud environments with Terraform.
- Proven experience with secure multi-tenant and HIPAA-aligned data management, including managing personal and protected health information.
- Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
- Preferred experience with Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL/PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Looker, Terraform-managed analytics infrastructure, Flagsmith, and the healthcare industry.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
