Responsibilities
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including standups and retrospectives.
- Provide production support, triage issues, and resolve production problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Design, develop, and test software solutions for business features.
- Analyze SDP modules and recommend optimizations to improve application performance and address customer needs.
- Maintain technical documentation and stay current with emerging technologies and development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least three years of software engineering experience focused on APIs and system integration.
- More than two years of experience with agile methodologies.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of portal software design and development.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Preferred: more than two years supporting and triaging customer-facing platforms.
- Preferred: more than two years of experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic and Datadog.
- Preferred: more than two years of experience with Linux/Unix, SQL, Java, Spring, Python, and AWS.
- Preferred skills include Java, Angular, JavaScript, Shellscript, Spring Boot, SQL, OAuth, JDBC, Oracle, NoSQL databases, and networking.
