Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development of custom Salesforce applications using declarative configuration and Apex-based solutions.
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and platform best practices.
- Develop with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, App Builder, page layouts, and custom objects.
- Use Salesforce AI capabilities including Agentforce, Einstein GPT, Einstein Bots, and predictive analytics.
- Gather requirements and translate user stories into technical specifications with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage Salesforce integrations with external systems through APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
- Oversee code reviews, unit and integration testing, deployments, release management, and sandbox environments.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and work delegation for junior developers.
- Maintain Salesforce data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security.
- Experience with MuleSoft or Dell Boomi and REST or SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with version control such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is required.
- Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum and familiarity with the SAFe framework.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Preferred knowledge of cloud environments, middleware, compliance, regulated industries, and additional Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, coaching, and process-improvement skills.
