Responsibilities
- Design, set up, develop, roll out, and manage Anago’s AI platform.
- Build the foundation for future AI, ML, and LLM solutions used in production.
- Provide technical leadership and shape AI adoption across Anago and toward its customers.
- Ensure AI systems meet requirements for security, governance, continuity, cost efficiency, explainability, transparency, auditability, and reliability.
- Take ownership of production solutions and translate technical complexity into practical choices.
Requirements
- University-level education and thinking.
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years with AI, ML, or LLM solutions in production.
- Demonstrable experience designing, building, and managing business-critical AI platforms or AI solutions at scale.
- Experience with ML frameworks, MLOps tooling, and LLMOps tooling such as LangFuse, LangSmith, or LangChain.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure and deployment, preferably Azure.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and pipeline orchestration such as Airflow.
- Strong programming skills, such as Python, and experience with production environments.
- Knowledge of software architecture, data structures, algorithms, API design, and distributed systems.
- Strong software engineering foundations, including testability, maintainability, code quality, code reviews, automated testing, version control, and modern software development processes.
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch at minimum B1 level.
- Ability to take ownership and translate technical complexity into practical solutions and clear choices.
