Responsibilities
- Design, develop, improve, and deliver scalable, maintainable, secure software solutions.
- Develop and manage SFMC email, mobile, web, automation, and journey capabilities.
- Use HTML, CSS, SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS to implement email solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, stakeholders, and related teams.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Manage risk, strengthen controls, follow policies and procedures, and support technology and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience with SFMC Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio, and SFMC Admin.
- Experience with SFMC Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
- Experience working with Einstein and SFMC APIs.
- Mandatory experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS.
- Experience with Agile ways of working is valued.
- Experience with JIRA and Workfront is valued.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise.
